Operator Vacancies

4 Arrows Mining and Engineering is currently inviting applications for the following operator positions:

- Dump Truck Operators

- TLB Operators

- Grader Operators

Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be required to:

1. Ensure full compliance with all safety regulations and mine policies.

2. Conduct risk assessments for every job and guarantee safe execution of tasks.

3. Maintain working knowledge of all company and mine Codes of Practice (COPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) relevant to their area of responsibility.

4. Operate machinery according to the production schedule.

5. Maximise machine utilisation to meet production targets.

6. Perform thorough pre‑start checks, log deviations and report them to the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Completed Grade 10 (minimum education).

- Valid competency certificate for the designated machine.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating heavy diesel mining equipment in an Open Cast environment.

- Valid driver’s license.

- Medically fit and able to pass the Dover Assessment required by designated mines.

Knowledge / Competencies / Abilities- Fully bilingual (English and another relevant language).

- Basic problem‑solving skills and self‑management abilities.
