Minimum Requirements

  • South African citizen aged 18 to 34

  • Completed Matric with Maths and English (Level 4 or higher)

  • Unemployed and not enrolled in any other programme

  • No previous participation in an Old Mutual Learnership

  • Strong interest in finance, insurance, and wealth creation

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Computer literacy advantageous
