Job Description
As a Security Officer, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all site-specific security requirements are met, and our client's needs are efficiently and professionally addressed. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining good relations with our clients and ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Evaluating service levels and making recommendations for improvement
- Assessing client premises to minimize security risks
- Supervising security staff and addressing their queries promptly
- Ensuring compliance with client contractual requirements
