Job Summary
As an Unemployed Learner in Human Resources, you will be part of a structured, integrated learning program that combines theoretical training and on-the-job learning. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Department, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in Business Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete NQF level 3 Business Administration Learnership Programme
- Provide administrative support throughout the year, during peak business periods and when teams are on leave
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as recruitment, employee engagement, and training and development
- Support the HR team with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

- Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (pass rate 40%)
- Must be a South African Citizen
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organisation
- Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
- Must be between 18-35 years of age
- Two South African Languages passed at 40%
- Candidate must provide a doctor's note confirming disability (with valid doctor practice number stamped)
