Vision Meat is seeking a reliable, customer‑focused Orders Clerk to manage daily butchery order operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing orders, delivering exceptional service, and supporting the sales team in a fast‑paced retail / wholesale environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, calculate pricing, and ensure timely execution.
2. Client Assistance: Provide professional support to clients via phone, WhatsApp, and in‑person interactions, addressing all inquiries promptly.
3. Call Management: Answer and route incoming calls efficiently through the switchboard system.
4. Order Preparation: Pack, prepare, and load orders as required for dispatch or pickup.
5. Documentation & Administration: Generate quotes, GRVs (Goods Received Vouchers), and manage stock transfers with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Customer Service Excellence: Maintain a high standard of service, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with butchery and sales staff to meet business objectives and improve processes.
8. Performance Reporting: Track order metrics and provide regular reports to management on order status and inventory movements.
✅ Requirements
1. Experience: Proven experience in retail or wholesale environments (preferred), especially in food or butchery operations.
2. Skills: Strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
3. Product Knowledge: Good understanding of meat products, cuts, and sales techniques.

5. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using WhatsApp for business communication and proficient with office software (e.g., MS Excel, invoicing systems).
