KEY PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE 🎯
As a Packaging Process Artisan, you will be responsible for operating the process area according to work instructions, executing non-destructive quality checks, and carrying out routine maintenance. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our packaging process and contributing to the overall success of our brewery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 📋
- Operate the process area according to work instructions and adhere to usage standards.
- Carry out quality checks and analyses, and record results on the relevant documentation or information system.
- Perform routine maintenance activities, including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of machines.
- Identify and resolve problems, and escalate issues to the team leader if necessary.
- Participate in shift meetings, and contribute to team goal review sessions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 📚
- N6 Qualification, Electrical Trade Test.
- Electrical experience is essential.
- Knowledge of packaging processes and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
