We're seeking a talented Shop Assistant/Cashier to join our team and provide excellent customer service, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a high level of merchandising and housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to give customers a great shopping experience
- Assist shoppers to find goods and products they're looking for
- Attend to customer queries and complaints
- Process cash and card payments, laybys, and customer refunds
- Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor
- Ensure stock is correctly priced and displayed
- Maintain product availability on the sales floor
- Keep up to date with promotions and ensure accurate pricing
- Participate in stock takes and report any suspicious behavior to Management
