VKB Milling (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of VKB Agri Processors (Pty) Ltd, is a leading player in the agricultural industry in South Africa. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, planning, and reporting, as well as managing a team of employees and ensuring compliance with VKB Milling policies and procedures.


JOB DETAILS 📝

- Job Title: Site Manager

- Location: Louis Trichardt, Limpopo, South Africa

- Job Type: Permanent

- Reporting to: Operations Management


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 📋

- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that staff are motivated and productive

- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, VKB Milling policies, and procedures

- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment

- Oversee daily production activities, planning, and reporting

- Manage a team of employees, including training, development, and performance management

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, including production reports, stock counts, and maintenance planning

- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement and cost savings

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and achievement of company goals


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 📚

- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 equivalent

- At least 5 years' proven experience in a production environment

- Knowledge and experience in maize production

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including advanced Excel

- CB - Code B driver's license and own reliable transport
