Requirements
- Grade 12 with no experience OR Grade 10 with 2 years’ experience in patient administration.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Prepared to work shifts, night duty, and public holidays; rotate within the department.
- Knowledge of:
    - Record Management Policy.
    - Patient Administration Guideline.
    - PFMA (Public Finance Management Act).
    - UPFS (Uniform Patient Fee Schedule).

Duties
- Carry out administrative duties (patient registration, admission, filing).
- Capture patient data accurately (electronically and manually).
- Manage downtime, PAIA statistics, and Section 32 Management.
- Compile private files for billing purposes.
- Perform sub-cashier duties (patient fees collection).
- Handle telephone enquiries and stakeholder requirements.
- Adhere to disposal procedures and supervisor directives.
