Job Purpose:

Join our Manufacturing team as a Technical Trainer, reporting to the Production Manager. You'll drive technical training and development for manufacturing and engineering teams, boosting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver hands-on training on equipment, automation, and safety protocols

- Develop and implement training plans aligned with production schedules

- Design technical modules, assessments, and track trainee progress

- Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and audit readiness

- Collaborate with production teams to minimise downtime

Requirements:

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering

- 5+ years in technical training/maintenance (FMCG preferred)

- Expertise in production systems, automation, and troubleshooting

- Knowledge of PLCs, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards
