Job Summary
As a Brewing Maintenance Controller, you will be responsible for facilitating continuous improvement in plant reliability through TPM development and maintenance/project planning. You will lead a team on day shift, diagnose and interpret problems, and optimize production output.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all Brewing maintenance activities and lead a team on day shift
- Diagnose and interpret problems (fault finding) to optimize production output and carry out plant repairs
- Reduce breakdowns in the Brewing area by analyzing breakdowns, complying with PM requirements, and implementing continuous improvements
- Review and implement Planned Maintenance Procedures (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Checklists)
- Ensure service levels agreements are maintained at the required standards
- Participate in executing the department's asset care strategy and ensure machine performance is maintained
- Develop and lead cross-functional teams to deliver business needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Manage team goals and performance measures
- Conduct individual and team performance reviews and one-on-ones

Requirements
- BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

- Previous experience with VPO or other continuous improvement tools would be advantageous
- Ability to prioritize and manage maintenance projects in a Brewing environment
- Good knowledge of sustainable development reporting would be advantageous
- Good all-round knowledge of manufacturing
- Demonstrated knowledge of SHE policies and procedures
