Fidelity Services Group, a leading security services provider, is urgently seeking qualified Security Officers (Grade A, B, C) to join our team in Cape Town, Western Cape. If you're a motivated individual with a strong background in security, we want to hear from you! 😊
JOB DETAILS 📝
- Job Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
- Job Type: Permanent
- Application Closing Date: 20 February 2026
- Working Hours: Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Salary: Competitive package, commensurate with experience
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 📚
- Grade A, B, or C PSIRA certificate
- Previous experience in access controlling and patrolling
- Experience working in Distribution Centers (DC) is preferred
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (for patrol duties)
REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 💪
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform patrol duties
- Must live in or around Dunoon, Tableview, Plattekloof, Montague Gardens
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 📋
- Conduct access control duties, ensuring only authorized personnel enter designated areas
- Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to ensure safety and security
- Monitor security cameras and alarm systems
- Investigate and report any suspicious activities or incidents
- Assist in emergency response situations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with other security team members to ensure effective security coverage
